Key Information for Applicants at Fundermax
Our application process is characterized by simplicity and transparency. After submitting applications through our online portal, a thorough review of the documents takes place. Suitable candidates will receive an invitation for an initial interview, either in person or virtually. In this step, both sides have the opportunity to get to know each other and address any open questions.
If there is a match, the second interview follows, which, depending on the position, may be combined with a trial day to delve deeper into the skills and experiences of the candidates. Apprentices will be invited to take an admission test.
