The fibers are pressed under immense pressure and enormous heat to form a resilient and resistant flush unit. The laminates are sealed with a double-hardened resin layer.

Assembly of HPL panels
The assembly of the Max Compact Exterior panels for outdoor furniture can be done in two ways: either by screwing or by gluing. The screws can be screwed directly into the panel or using sockets with external and internal threads.
The hole should be one thread smaller than the diameter of the screw. When gluing, it is important to use an elastic glue. This means that small differences in size can be compensated for, since HPL panels can shrink or expand slightly with temperature fluctuations, especially outdoors.
