"This project to build four villas, as part of the future investment programme supported by ADEME, is a bold experiment in sustainable construction. As part of the Energie-Sprong approach, we opted for an entirely biosourced façade, combining solid wood and Fundermax panels: Ardens and Spargo. This combination enabled us to create façades that are both aesthetically pleasing and high-performance. The alternating shades of bronze and slate, combined with a variety of cut-outs, mimic the play of light and shadow in the surrounding trees. The different cut-out formats and the reuse of product off-cuts have enabled us to use the entirety of the facings used, without any loss of material." - WS-A Vincent BressyArchitecte
