The process
The manufacturing process for Fundermax panels begins with natural cellulose fibres, which are mainly obtained from wood. These cellulose fibres are processed into kraft paper. We source our raw materials exclusively from suppliers that are certified according to FSC or PEFC™ standards.
The kraft paper layers are then impregnated with a patented phenolic resin, which is hardened under high heat and pressure to form the core of the board. This process makes it possible to produce and offer our customers a wide variety of decors and surfaces.

Printing
Our individual print panels are printed on one side with your desired design, while the reverse side is kept in one of our standard colours. Fundermax stores the customer's digital images for the duration of the 10-year product guarantee, so that they can easily be reprinted if required.

The Fundermax Individual Decor Centre ensures that the printed images are precise, sharp and perfectly dimensioned. This allows you to stand out and impress with your design.
