Fundermax at the Heinze Climate Festival

At the end of November, Fundermax took part in the Heinze Klimafestival for the construction transition in Düsseldorf. Participation in the event and the presentation of the new Sustainability Cube gave us the opportunity to communicate our vision and our values to the outside world. The new Sustainability Cube is produced using natural raw materials and valuable resources, making it clear that Fundermax is taking important and necessary steps towards a sustainable future.

When we talk about sustainability at Fundermax, we deliberately talk about steps, not leaps and bounds. We see the marathon, not the sprint. This is because we know that sustainable change requires patience, perseverance and, above all, long-term thinking. Milestones allow us to keep sight of our path. A gradual reduction in plastic packaging, environmentally friendly logistics processes and supply chains are some of the milestones that we have already been able to implement on our journey. A central contribution of our company is certainly the production of energy for our own use, as well as for the district heating supply of thousands of households.

In addition to the topic of sustainability, our Sustainability Cube embodies our passion for design and aesthetics. Robust and weather-resistant Max Compact Exterior panels and Biofaser panels, which are made almost entirely from 100% certified wood, are elementary components of our Sustainability Cube. The new range of products from the Authentic Line also shine with different decors and surfaces under a transparent outer shell.

Many companies in the construction industry have already taken the first steps in transitioning towards sustainability, but there is still great potential for further development.

This is precisely why we at Fundermax are convinced that the creation of a space such as the Heinze Klimafestival, where ideas are exchanged and new partnerships are developed, is extremely important.
